If a tablet is not turning on normally, try these tips.

 

  1. Remove the tablet from the holder if it is in one.
  2. Plug the tablet into a power source that is known to work (e.g. rower battery charging station).
  3. Let the tablet charge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. While the tablet is still plugged in, hold down the power button for a full minute.
  5. If the tablet still does not turn on, please create a ticket so we can troubleshoot further.
