If a tablet is reporting random data or is lagging when reporting data and the fitness equipment has been verified to be working, the cache on the tablet likely needs to be cleared:


  1. From the bottom of the tablet swipe your finger up towards the top of the screen.
  2. Press the Circle in the middle at the bottom of the tablet to go to the home screen
  3. Go to Settings > Apps
  4. Go to OTConnect > Clear Cache (you may need to go into Storage before you see this option)
  5. Hit the circle button at the very bottom to go back to the home screen
  6. Re-open OTConnect app
